While we hand craftingour Hallomi, we are left with blocks of our cheese that are under the retail weight. So we decided that we would put a selection of these blocks in to a pack, and offer it in total weight.
The bag is usually comprised of a mixture of block sizes could be all plain as well which are may under the 220g retail pack weight and in a random selection of flavours too.
